The Alcohol Experiment – Annie Grace

There are three fundamental principles that underpin this book; Awareness – What do you believe about alcohol. Clarity – what experiences do you have to support that belief. Turnaround – Examining that belief and challenging it through facts and evidence.

The easy way to control alcohol – Allen Carr

The premise, in a nutshell, is that we have all been fooled in to thinking that drinking alcohol is the answer to all our problems. He unpicks each idea and turns it on its head with sensible rationale as to why the well-worn arguments do not work. By the end of the book, I actually felt embarrassed that I had ever drunk alcohol at all.
